The Governor's speech about the financial crisis in Iceland

Mr. Mar Gudmundsson, Governor of the Central Bank of Iceland, held a speech in a Adam Smith's seminar in Paris last week. In his speech the Governor talked about the causes and consequences of the crisis, and about policy responses and recovery.
